Basal Body Temperature, Cervical Mucus,and Ovulation Tracking |
- A cool animated diagram of your cervix and cervical mucus throughout your cycle. It is to help explain the Billings Ovulation Method.
- Pictures of the cervix of three woman throughout their cycles. These may be more graphic than some people would like, but it help explains what is meant by the different stages of cervical mucus.
- In keeping with the visual theme I've got going, here is a video of sperm swimming through cervical mucus. This site also has a fairly basic explanation of the cervical mucus method of predicting ovulation.
- Fertility Friend is a good place to get info on Basal Body Temperature (BBT), Cervical Mucus (CM) and other fertility signs.
- Ovusoft has both a book and software for sale to help you figure out when you ovulate, but the website also does a good job of explaining signs to look for indicating ovulation. I would suggest trying it on your own for awhile before thinking about the book or software.
